How do I place an order?
To help us to fill your order in the most accurate and efficient manner we suggest that you use our order form even if you are calling in your order. Be sure to fill in as much information as you can to help us process your order as quickly as possible. Be sure to give us your phone number and e-mail address to contact you with any questions.
Sales Tax: Orders shipping to Rhode Island are subject to a 7% RI sales tax unless you provide a faxed copy of your RI re-sale certificate or manufacture's exemption certificate.
Shipping: You may not be able to determine if an order can ship by courier or if it requires truck freight. Just leave it blank and we will contact you with your options. If you need to know the shipping amount in advance of shipping let us know and we will get it for you. Note that there are no additional handling charges or fees.
Payment: Choose payment method and enter your credit card information or if you would prefer for us to call you for that information write "CALL" and we will call you to get the account details. If you want to pay by check we will send you a confirmation including freight charges. Note that personal checks will have to clear before shipment is released. (returned check fee $50.00)
Send Order: You can fax orders to (401) 849-7903, e-mail to sales@corecomposites.com or call in at (401) 846-6008. We don't currently have the ability to take orders on-line but hope to in the future.
Order Fulfillment: Most in stock credit card orders ship within 1 business day. If any item is backordered we will contact the customer. Customer may choose to hold shipment for backordered item(s) or to accept a partial shipment and have backordered items ship at a later date. See our policies page for more detail.
