In 2016-17 Core Composites won Contract W911QY-14-C-0012, CDRL A002 to complete twenty (20) Rigid Walled Shelter Retrofit & Modification Kits (RWS – RMK).  Each kit included two expandable floors, one fixed floor and four composite corner posts.

Each Rigid Walled Shelter Retrofit & Modification Kits (RWS – RMK) was sold to the U.S. Army Medical Department’s (AMEDD) and integrated by Hill Air Force Base under a purchase order from ADS, Inc.

The U.S. Army Medical Department (AMEDD) through the U.S. Army Medical Material Development Activity (USAMMDA) and Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center (NSRDEC) have requested to modernize at least 60 old shelters using composite Retrofit & Modification Kits.
